Before Contacting XTube

1. Read the FAQs Again. You might have missed it.
   Tip: Click on the Answers Page and Press Command/CTRL + F to Find/Search the page.
   
   
2. Add us to your MSN (support[at]xtube.com) and ask your question through there.
   When you are messaging, please include ALL of the necessary information so we can help you. You do not need to start off by asking how my day is going. Just say, "Hi, I have a problem (my problem is), and I tried (this) to fix it. Can you please help me?"
   We are online Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 4pm (approximately). If you find us online after (it does happen) that consider yourself lucky. The person you reach over MSN is the same person who handles the support emails.
   
   
3. Email us. In order to address your email most efficiently, you must send it to the right address, and include the necessary information.
   Sending an email that says, "I can't get into the site." will not be answered.

   If your content is forbidden for this reason, now you know why. If you would like to challenge the removal of your content, please include the following information in your email:
   
   
   1. The link to your photoset or video, found on the MY PHOTOS page and MY VIDEOS page.
   2. The reason you are challenging the violation.
   3. Any proof you have that you are authorized to redistribute the content online.
   4. If the content was a photo of video of YOU, please take a photo of yourself holding a piece of paper with the XTube.com name written on it, in clear view.
